Little Dreamers
boys & girls ages 4 & 5
Instructors: Jen, Tasia
This class involves educational stations focusing on beginner gymnastics skills while
developing muscle strength and kinesthetic awareness.
Cost: $150 per 10 week session attending once per week
Schedule: Tuesdays 4:30pm-5:15pm

Rising Stars
(Beginners Gymnastics)
boys & girls ages 6 and up
Instructors: Jen, Tasia
Gymnasts will learn beginner gymnastics progressions on vault, bars, beam and floor
Cost: $150 per 10 week session attending once per week
Schedule: Tuesdays 5:30pm-6:15pm Thursdays 5:30pm-6:15pm
Shooting Stars
(Intermediate Gymnastics)
boys & girls ages 6 and up
Instructors: Sara, Sarayah
Gymnasts will learn intermediate gymnastics progressions on vault, bars, beam and floor
Cost: $170 per 10 week session attending once per week
$295 per 10 week session attending twice per week

Super Stars
(Advanced Gymnastics)
boys and girls ages 6 and up
Instructors: Tasia
Gymnasts will learn advanced gymnastics skills along with strength & conditioning
Cost: $170 per 10 week session attending once per week
$295 per 10 week session attending twice per week
Schedule: Tuesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm Thursdays 6:30pm-7:30pm

boys ages 7 and up
Instructors: Erin, Pat
Athletes will learn gymnastics skills along with focused strength & conditioning, and flexibility
Cost: $185 per 10 week session attending once per week
Schedule: Thursdays 6:30pm-7:30pm

Gymnasts will learn skills & technique to prepare for our Northern Dreams Team Program
