Combination of structured instruction and open play style class

involving educational stations focusing on coordination and kinesthetic awareness.

Cost: $42/month

Schedule:  Mondays 4:30pm-5:00pm

boys & girls ages 4 & 5

Instructors: Tasia, Kailey

This class focuses on beginner gymnastics skills while
developing muscle strength and kinesthetic awareness.

Cost: $52/month

Schedule:  Mondays 5:15pm-6:00pm

Rising Stars

(Beginners Gymnastics)

boys & girls ages 6 and up

Instructors: Tasia, Kailey

Students will learn beginner gymnastics progressions on vault, bars, beam and floor

Cost: $52/month

(Intermediate Gymnastics)

girls ages 6 and up

Students will learn intermediate strength & skills progressions on vault, bars, beam and floor

Students will learn advanced strength and skills progressions on vault, bars, beam and floor
