Team Programs

Ages: 5yrs old and up

Team Xcel is open to girls who have worked their way through

the recreational programs or by invite from team coaches.

Team Xcel is perfect for athletes who are involved in other sports or activities

as it is very flexible and a lot of fun!

Our Optional Program is open to gymnasts by invite from the head coaches.

This is a very competitive program and is for gymnasts

who are serious about advancing their abilities to a higher level of competition.

This is a commitment for athletes and parents as it is both physically and mentally demanding.

Xcel Bronze

Cost: $165/month for 2x per week

Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:30pm-6:30pm

Xcel Silver

Cost: $185/month for 2x per week

Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays 4:30pm-7:30pm

Xcel Gold/Xcel Platinum

Cost: $225/month for 3x per week

Schedule: Mondays - Thursdays 4:30pm-7:30pm, Saturdays 9:00am-11:00am

Upper Levels

Includes Xcel Platinum/Diamond/Sapphire, Optionals, High School Training

Cost: $285/month for up to 5x per week

Schedule: Mondays - Thursdays 4:30pm-7:30pm, Saturdays 9:00am-11:00am
