Team Programs

Team Xcel is open to girls who have advanced through

the recreational program or by invite from team coaches.

Xcel is great for athletes who are involved in other activities

as it is very flexible and a lot of fun!

Our Optional Program is open to gymnasts by invite from the head coaches.

This is a very competitive program and is for gymnasts

who are serious about advancing their abilities to a higher level of competition.

This is a commitment for athletes and parents as it is both physically and mentally demanding.

Training Team

Cost: $105 per month

Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:45pm-7:45pm

Xcel Bronze

Cost: $165/month for 2x per week

Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:30pm-6:30pm

Xcel Silver

Cost: $185/month for 2x per week

Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays 4:30pm-7:30pm

Xcel Gold/Xcel Platinum

Cost: $225/month for 3x per week

Schedule: Mondays - Thursdays 4:30pm-7:30pm

Upper Levels

Xcel Platinum/Diamond/Sapphire, High School Training

Cost: $285/month for 4-5x per week

Schedule: Mondays - Thursdays 4:30pm-7:30pm
