Developmental Program

Ages: 6yrs old and up

The Junior Olympic Program is open to girls by invite from Team coaches.

This is a very competitive program and is for gymnasts

who are serious about advancing their abilities to a higher level of competition.

This is a commitment for athletes and parents as it is both physically and mentally demanding.

Athletes compete in USA Gymnastics Sanctioned meets.

Athletes practice, perform and compete in positive environments

while learning self-discipline and team unity.

Optional Program

The Developmental Optional Program is open to gymnasts by invite from the head coaches.

This is a very competitive program and is for gymnasts

who are serious about advancing their abilities to a higher level of competition.

Cost: $235/month

Schedule: Mondays/Wednesdays/Thursdays 5:00pm-8:00pm, Tuesdays 4:30pm-7:30pm, Sundays 10:30am-2:30pm
